Pricing All prices are per person unless noted otherwise. Prices are based on a 10 to 50 guest minimum. Events over 50 should call for special pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include gratuity or tax.
Prices do not include tableware. White plastic dinnerware dishes and utensil are available at $1.00 per person. Table linens, China, silveware and glasses are also available, call for pricing. The number of guests attending must be confirmed (4) days prior to the event. This number will be considered the final count, not subject to reduction, and charges will be assessed accordingly. If no final count is received, the original number expected will be used as the final number of guests. Food is served in disposable trays with warming racks. Chafing trays are available a $25. deposit is required.
We will deliver free up to 10 miles and we will add a moderate charge for anything beyond.
Service
We also have wait staff available for serving and clean up. There will be a charge for the number and type of staff required for each event. Labor for all staff (with the exception of chefs) will be calculated on 2 hours prior to the event start time and 2 hours following the end of the event end time, unless circumstances dictate otherwise or special services are required.
We do not provide liquor, however, we will provide bar service supplies, such as glassware, ice, soda, mixers, and garnishes. A bar service fee will apply.
Method of payment will be check, cash or money order. In order to reserve your date, a 20% deposit will be required at the time the order is placed. 48 hours cancellation notice required if not, you will forfeit the deposit. All events must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to the event, unless prior arrangements have been made.
