Just wanted to drop you a big thank you!! The Italian buffet we ordered was out of this
world! Everyone was commenting on how delicious everything was. My favorite was the
lasagna & the pasta with shrimp. We all had our bellies full, and still plenty of food
leftover for many to enjoy again later!!
You did a superb job! We were giving your name out left and right to everyone.

| Dealing with Raff is always a pleasure. She has done many events for me and my family. From football dinners, to graduations, to anniversary parties to barbeques. I even have her do my luncheons. No job too small or too big for Raff.
She always supplies generous portions. Everything is always served hot and the presentation is always appealing to the eye. My guests usually can't stop talking about the wonderful food for days. We would not even think to throw a party without Raff.
Also, Raff is a professional. She takes great pride in her job. She is very pleasant to deal with. She takes customer satisfaction to a new level.
